Ordering online is Easy and Secure!
Ordering online from The Frame Workshop is safe, easy and actually more accurate than phoning in your order. We take great pride in treating our online customers with the same respect as those customer who walk through our front door every day!

Transaction security provided by

Your order placed online will generate a confirmation email reply immediately. In addition, a second email is sent when the order is shipped with your UPS tracking number!
Although we prefer you to order online for reasons of efficiency and accuracy, if you do have any questions, please do phone our shop. If we are busy with other customers in our store, we will be glad to call you back at a more convenient time.

We have discovered that many online shoppers who phone in their orders are actually concerned if the item of their interest is actually in stock - a bad experience elsewhere makes them question!

Please keep in mind that we have a minimum online purchase requirement of $17.95 regardless if you phone or order online.

Does your website truly reflect what you have in inventory?

We've been in the retail business since 1978 and physically stock 99% of our inventory. Although we are sometimes taken by surprise, we take great pride sharing with you the fact that if you see the item displayed online, this means that it is indeed IN STOCK! When an item sells out in our shop, it is typically taken off the website and/or is clearly marked Sold Out!

If for some reason we cannot fill your order you will hear back from us almost immediately...not days later.

What is your processing time?

We typically process the majority of our orders the same day that we receive them, with the balance being shipped out within 24-48 hours.

How much will it cost to send an item to me and how long will it take?

Our online shopping cart will give you the option of selecting your shipping option, once you have filled in the credit card & shipping information.

We ship all items via UPS Ground Insured to the 48 contiguous United States. We also offer 3-Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air shipments to those who desire expedited service. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS Service Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, but these orders may also be sent via UPS Air as an alternative.

The map below gives you an approximate idea of how long shipping will take, with most of the United States serviced within 3 business days - Most of 41 states! Only 9 Western states take 4 business days normally.

Our shopping cart is also setup to handle USPS shipments to US Territories including the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa.

Our Shipping & Handling charges begin at $18.00 for UPS Ground delivery, and diminishes with the size of your order...

Orders under $ 90 will be assessed $18.00 S/H
Orders under $125 will be assessed $16.00 S/H
Orders under $250 will be assessed $14.00 S/H
Orders under $500 will be assessed $12.00 S/H
Orders under $800 will be assessed $11.00 S/H
Orders over $800 will be assessed $5.00 S/H

You can always view the shipping & handling charges regardless of destination prior to sending your order confirmation.

UPS Expedited Air charges will increase with the size of the purchase! UPS does not guarantee Expedited Air delivery during the Christmas Season due to high volume.

What about International Shipments?

We ship International shipments via the US Postal Service - Insured. Our customers may select Priority Mail, Express Mail or First Class Mail if the package weighs under 4 pounds!

Our shopping cart is currently set up to accept orders from Argentina, Australia, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Turkey & United Arab Emirates, in addition to most EEC European countries (Currently Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.)

Please keep in mind that transit time does not include customs which can vary!

If you desire a shipment sent elsewhere in the world, kindly Email to discuss possible arrangements.

A $75 order of product shipped to Canada via USPS Priority Mail will cost an estimated $28 which includes insurance and tracking.

Update! - Sadly, the USPS has dropped the shipping option of First Class Mail on smaller order under 4 lbs in weight and then added them but with costs that exceed Priority Mail service with NO Insurance. Hence we have suspended First Class mail for smaller shipments Internationally.

How will I know that my order is on it's way?

When you fill in your online order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you upon completion with your order number - Please make sure that you input your email address correctly to receive this email!

When your order is shipped, UPS or the USPS will email you a confirmation and tracking number for your order. The email from UPS will have the subject "UPS Ship Notification" coming from Quantum View. Make sure that your spam filters do not block these notifications. They conveniently contain a one click link to the UPS website where you can easily see the progress of your shipment.

If you have a UPS tracking number, you can see the progress by going to the UPS tracking page. International orders can be tracked by going to USPS Track & Confirm.

Do you offer gift wrapping on purchases?

Sample gift wrapping - paper and bow options vary Naturally, gift wrapping enhances the online shopping experience, and we are glad to offer this service to our customers at a nominal fee. Depending upon your purchases, gift wrapping varies from $1 to $4.

Our shopping cart will allow you to input your message which we will transfer to a gift enclosure card (hand written).

Sorry, but we must decline requests to individually wrap small ornament boxes!

When is my charge card processed?

Charge card information is captured through immediately but it is not processed until the end of each business day. This assures that your order is pulled and ready to pack for shipment prior to your card being processed. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express for online payment.

What about Returns?

We offer a Guaranteed Return Policy - If you are unhappy with any Frame Workshop purchase, simply return it within 30 days. We will cheerfully refund the purchase price of the product for an in-store credit or replace the product (at your request). Any returned items must be in their original packaging, plus shipping carton and in unused condition. Please call us within 30 days of receipt of your order before returning your package, for authorization and instructions for return.

Items damaged due to neglect or improper usage can not be returned. Small replacement parts for nutcrackers, smokers and pyramids can not be returned, nor can Pyramid Candles.

Items may not be returned without proper authorization. Refunds are reimbursed minus any shipping and handling fees. Sorry, but we do not reimburse customer return costs. Returns & Cancellations may be subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.

What about my private information?

Under no circumstances do we share any personal information with 3rd parties. All personal information is kept within The Frame Workshop for our use in processing your orders.

Never at any time have we, nor will we, sell your email or other personal information to a 3rd party.
