Q. Can you tell me approx. what it would cost, to frame a print, with a mat? The print is 36 x 18. I'm thinking of a forest green mat, with a really wooden frame.

A. Becky,

This could run from $160 to $500, depending upon the moulding/frame selected...we display over 2,200 wood mouldings to choose from. Regular glass or conservation? Dry mounting (decorator print) or conservation mounting (fine art)? Single mat or double? fillet or mat decoration added? 3 inch mat or 4 inch mat?

As you can see, there are lots of variables, hence bringing the art in for one of our professional designers to create a presentation, and then we can give you an accurate price quotation.

Are you in the area or do you have a framer near you to work with? Email mail us directly, and I'll be glad to answer any other questions.
